MBA Degree- Boon or Ban?
Dearest gentle reader, The problem with any college system, especially B-schools is placements. I'm not saying its a bad thing, but to experience that environment where your own roommate might not want you to get selected is crazy. MBA schools foster competition but it gets toxic very quickly. Everyone wants that job, everyone wants money. You couldn't care less if your dear friend was crying in the corner. B schools make students inhuman. There is no care in the world, just them. I do not blame them since I am a part of the same system, and guilty of the same thoughts. The worst part about this is, when you're not selected or shortlisted, a human tends to get sad, or worse suicidal. This is a fact and has caused people to lose their lives. Immense pressure of being in a B school, and not getting placed has caused people to take their own lives so they don't have to bear the shame of not getting placed.
